After the session, you'll receive: A 30ml custom-blended flower essence delivered to your door, crafted to support your specific needs. {Shipping is included } A 21-day self-discovery workbook and mood tracker, tailored to help you stay consistent with your essence and intentional in your journey. The workbook includes self-reflection questions, journal prompts, flower essence reflections, and customized coping strategies. A Flower Essence Guidebook, explaining the essences in your blend, how they can assist you, and how to prepare yourself to take them. More About Us... Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Booking: To schedule a personalized flower essence consultation, clients are required to book an appointment through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Consultations are scheduled for up to 45 minutes and can be conducted via phone or Zoom. 2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment. Payments can be made securely through our online payment system. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. 4. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and rescheduling will be subject to availability. 5. Refunds: Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (see Rescheduling and Cancellations section). Once the consultation has taken place, refunds will not be issued. No-shows and late cancellations will NOT be refunded 6. Customized Blend Fulfillment: Your personalized flower essence blend will be crafted and within 7 business days of the consultation date. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your flower essence blend, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will work towards a resolution. Due to the custom nature refunds are not available for this service 8. Privacy and Confidentiality: All information shared during consultations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Personal details and consultation notes will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent. 9. Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings, including rescheduling or cancellations, can be made by contacting us directly. 10. Contact Information: For any inquiries or assistance, please contact us.
