Due to the nature of our goods we are unable to accept returns/refunds. All sales are final; however, we do offer replacements for damaged or defective merchandise. Please contact us within three (3) business days if your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. *Accepted returns will be on a case by case basis

Shipping

At the moment we ship within the US only. Orders placed will ship within 2-3 business days via (primarily) USPS Ground, and Priority Mail. Free shipping on orders $75 or more *Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Orders lost in transit due to incorrect mailing address / Orders marked as delivered but missing
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer-- we ship to the address that you provide for us.
